Returns and Exchanges

We wish for our customers to be pleased and satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 30 calendar days of the original shipping date.

Items we cannot offer refund or exchanges on are custom orders and sale items. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if they are returned unused, unaltered and undamaged.

All items damaged after receipt by the customer or through normal wear, may be returned for repair or replacement only with authorization. In some cases it may not be possible to replace jewelry components that are no longer available. Exchanges may take up to three weeks.

We ask that you contact us via email (customerservice@designingcrystal.com) or call us prior to shipping your return or exchanged item. 

Please properly protect your return and insure it as well. Include a copy of the invoice. Upon approval, the amount of your refund will be the original purchase price less the original shipping fee (if any).

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so prior to shipping via contacting Customer Service at 888.817.5473. If the order has already shipped out, you may return it according to the above return & exchange policy.
